Apartment Molino 3 is a delightful apartment situated in the appreciated area of Siller in the pretty resort of Puerto Pollensa which curves around the magnificent Bay with its white sand beaches and offers a variety of water sports the resort also has the impressing Sierra Tramuntana mountains as a backdrop. The apartment is ideally situated walkable to beaches, restaurants and all amenities. The apartment has access to the communal pool, BBQ and gardens.

The apartment is located on the second floor. Entry door leads into a light and airy lounge/dining. Lounge with its sofas summer colours of Mallorcan fabric in yellows and blues. A door leads out of this area onto an uncovered balcony.

Directly leading off the dining area a door opens into a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and breakfast table.

Door leads off the lounge area into an inner corridor. To the right is a delightful complete bathroom with its stylish wooden fittings and fixtures and modern square wash bowl. Shower over the bath.

To the left is a single bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
On the right is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.

The communal pool is located to the side of the small apartment block. The pool is surrounded by grass on three sides and terrace the other. There is a pool side shower nearby and also adjacent to the pool is the communal brick freestanding BBQ.

The apartment is ideal for families seeking a holiday being able to walk into Puerto Pollensa leaving your car at home, able to enjoy the abundance of restaurants, amenities, lovely beaches, the resort has to offer, the beach in the mornings and to finally enjoy relaxing around the apartment pool in the afternoons, offering an excellent apartment for all.
