We are delighted to feature these 4 x 1 bedroom apartments with sofa bed facilities as desscribed. The apartments are ideally located, together with their large communal pool. This small block of apartments are situated in the heart of Puerto Pollensa just a short stroll from the main beach and seafront of Puerto Pollensa, with all amenities nearby and comprise 2 apartments on the 1st floor 1A and 1C. 2 apartments on the top floor 2A and 2B.

The apartments are comfortably furnished throughout, spot light features their decoration includes curtains, sofas and bed covers with matching fabrics in fresh bright summer tones of blues and yellows.

The large communal swimming pool is accessed by 4 wide steps with surrounding terraces on the lower level. Sunbeds are provided.

All apartments are fitted with washing machine, microwave, safe, air conditioning lounge and bedroom, internal intercom system and communal lift.

Excellent apartments for those who wish to be in the heart of Puerto Pollensa, walkable to the beach, sea, shops, restaurants and amenities, yet only a short drive to its neighbouring resorts of Alcudia and Cala St. Vincent, not forgetting the beautiful old town of Pollensa.

 4 steps lead up to the door of the Apartment. Door opens into a corridor of this spacious apartment.

On your left is a sliding door that enters into a galley style fitted kitchen which includes washing Machine. One full wall of windows that look onto the pool.

Past the kitchen corridor leads into a small dining cove with nicely styled table and chairs. Leading through from the dining cove is a large light and airy lounge with its two sofa beds. On the left of the lounge large glass sliding doors lead out onto uncovered balcony with tables and chairs.

On the right of the lounge leads to the twin bedroom with fitted robes and en suite complete bathroom with shower head over the bath.

* Mid-week cleans include change of towels, bed making, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens (does not include washing up).

* Premium Villas: Daily maid service cleans, except ( Sundays and Public Holidays or where indicated otherwise).

* All other villas: including discounted Villas min 1 max 2 mid week maid service cleans (depending on individual villas). Days may vary. - Pool towels changed during two week stays only.
