Do you need Welcome Hamper?

Mallorca Villas Pollensa provide a complimentary Welcome Hamper with basic essentials awaiting at your villa on your arrivals which includes a bottle of wine.

A superior Welcome  Hamper this can be arranged at a supplement cost. 

We suggest you  pre-request at the time of your booking at which time we shall inform you of the supplement cost involved. 

MALLORCA VILLAS POLLENSA COMPLIMENTARY BASIC WELCOME HAMPER

• Wine, tea, coffee, sugar, sweet biscuits, crisps, water, milk, juice, toilet roll, matches, candle, diswasher tablets.

MALLORCA VILLAS POLLENSA SUPERIOR HAMPER

• Orange juice, bread, water, beers, coca cola, pate, ham, cheese, biscuits, olives, nuts, eggs, olive oil
• coffee, tea, milk, 2 dishwasher tablets, cava, crisps, tomatoes, candle, toilet roll.

Note.  Welcome Hampers may vary depending on availability

Do you want catering or private chef at your villa?

Should you have special occasion whilst on holiday we are able to arrange on you behalf catering service to your Villa.

Simply, inform or enquire time of your initial booking or when you are in resort, and suddenly wish to have lunch or dinner at your Villa, we can enquire services available time of your request.

Do you need a babysitter?

Mallorca Villas Pollensa are able to arrange a nanny/babysitting service during your stay for an on behalf of yourselves, or we can point you in the right direction to arrange the services yourselves should you prefer.

We do suggest you request this service time of your booking to save
any disappointments should you decide this during your stay in resort.

Do you need airport transfer?

TAXI TRANSFERS
We are able to provide a taxi transfer service on request and suggest you arrange this at the time of making your booking, at the same time we will advise you of prices for both a one way or two way journey. Note. Should you cancel a pre-reserved Taxi transfer, prior to your departure, a cancellation fee of 100% will be levied.
Note. In the event your arrangements are only part of your party are taking a Taxi Transfer and the rest of your party collecting car hire from the Airport, Unfortunately, due to schedules/commitments the Taxi driver it will not be in a position to await for your party to collect their car hire i.e. Taxi Transfer/ Car hire to drive in convoy together to the Villa. We therefore, do ask your co-operation, in not expecting or placing the Taxi Driver in a difficult position in being asked to wait if you have part of your party collecting the car hire at Airport.

The Taxi service arranged will collect members of your party who have reserved a taxi after which, immediate and swift departure from the airport takes place without delays. The rest of your party after collection of your rental car will drive independently to your Villa and not travel in convoy with the Taxi Transfer arranged.

FORMAT
If you have reserved a taxi transfer the taxi driver will greet you with the lead name in your party on a board awaiting behind the glass doors at GATE "A" which you find right after luggage belt Number: N.1.“Further details will be provided on receipt of your final Travel Documentation.”

ARRIVAL DAY
Taxi transfers prior to 2pm on arrival Palma Airport your taxi will bring you to the Resort Office collection of your hire car from this point. You are welcome to leave your cases in our Resort Office.
Taxi transfers after 2pm on arrival Palma Airport your taxi transfer will take you directly to your villa accommodation where your hire car will be awaiting.

DEPARTURE DAY
Taxi Transfers prior to 10am will be directly from your Villa/accommodation to Airport
Taxi transfers after 10am will be booked to collect you from our Resort Office. Note. You can leave your cases at your Resort Office and continue use of your car hire vehicle until your Taxi Transfer collection time.
Taxi transfer collection is a standard 3 hours before your flight, ie 1 hour journey time to Palma airport and 2 hours check in, whether you are collected from your villa or resort office.

CHANGES PRE/KNOWN
In the event of any pre-known changes of times known to yourself that have not been advised to Mallorca Villas that may affect your Taxi Transfer arrangements in place, we cannot be held responsible for lack of taxi awaiting on your arrival or collection on your departure day.

TAXI DELAY
We suggest you always ring the numbers in your possession to enquire reason of all or any delays, prior to taking a taxi from the Palma Rank.

RECONFIRMATION OF TAXI TRANSFERS IN RESORT
It is strongly suggested you re-confirm you collection time with our Resort Office during your stay.

TAXI SERVICE DURING YOUR STAY
A Villa code is located in your Villa Information Book to contact the local Taxi Driver.

Special requests

Mallorca Villas Pollensa will try at all times, to meet all or any requests you may have prior during or after your stay.

However, we do suggest special requests should be mentioned to us at the time of your booking to save disappointment.

Although our aim is meet any special requests that you may have, please note this not always can be guaranteed.

Do you need rent a boat service?

Wishing to explore the magnificent blue Mediterrranean sea spoiling yourselvese during your stay at one of Mallorca Villas by renting a motor boat, indulging in a day or days sailing around the beautiful Bay of Pollensa.

Mallorca Villas can provide our privately owned motor boat with or without a skipper who is fully licensed and qualified.

Note: We are in a position to arrange and assist in rentals of other boats.
