Villa Can Guixa is a simple finca set in the countryside between the pretty towns of Pollença and Alcudia – it enjoys wonderful views of the surrounding countryside to the bay in the distance.
The villa is decorated and furnished in a traditional style, to a high standard. It is entered via a covered terrace, which leads directly into the kitchen with its breakfast bar and dining area. This then leads into the lounge, with its light, sunny aspect and patio doors to the terrace (with its dining facilities) and pool. The ground floor is completed by a twin room with family bathroom and double bedroom with en-suite bathroom – each with access to the terrace outside.
A staircase leads to the first floor, with a further twin bedroom and a double bedroom, as well as an additional bathroom.
