The house is very comfortably furnished in a Majorcan style and offering excellent living accommodation, it features a great outside area with a large covered terrace overlooking the gardens, the swimming pool and the tennis court, for exclusive use of the villa guests. All set in a peaceful countryside location midway Pollensa and Pto.Pollensa-Alcudia Bay.
You can enter the house directly from the terrace into a pretty lounge/dining room. The kitchen will immediately appeal and is very well equipped. On this level you can find a lovely bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the terrace with an open-sided staircase leading to the garden.
We know that we have many clients who wish to totally escape from the pressures and rigours of their profession for a few weeks of the year at least; walkers, painters and naturists too, take note – this is the villa for you!
