Villa Santuiri, is in the final stages of its development as the season approaches. We believe it is a perfect destination for anyone looking to experience the Mediterranean way of life. Situated in the Santuiri area of Pollença, it is a delightful country retreat, combining the traditional Mallorcan architecture of the original house complemented with modern design accents to produce a superb villa, which we know our discerning customers will love.

The villa is entered via a covered terrace with beamed ceilings which leads into an open-plan living dining area which enjoys the wonderful Mediterranean sunshine all day long and features a glass wall overlooking the garden. The room also accommodates the dining area and the chic, modern kitchen.

There are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. One bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom; it is easily accessed from the front terrace. The other two bedrooms and two bathrooms are reached via a staircase from the lounge area. In addition, upstairs there is a roof terrace with fabulous views of the countryside.

Outside there is a beautifully thought out and landscaped garden, which features a swimming pool and Jacuzzi with a natural fishpond next to it. There is an abundance of typical Mallorcan plants, tall trees for shade and privacy as well as lawns for relaxing and playing on.

The villa is wholly designed with a relaxing holiday in mind, here you can relax by the swimming pool in the sunshine, soak up the stunning mountain views from the roof terrace, eat out in the evening overlooking the stunning floodlit pool. With plenty of dining furniture and sun-loungers, outdoor living is a totally, relaxed pleasure.
