An attractive, spacious villa, Can Toni is located 2km from the coast and 3km from the centre of Puerto Pollença, and enjoys views of the stunning countryside down to the sea.

The entrance leads directly into a large lounge-diner with large picture windows, which look out over the well-kept gardens. There is a fitted kitchen, complete with dishwasher, with access to the terrace. The attached hall leads to the rest of the ground floor accommodation, which consists of three bedrooms – two twin and one double room – as well as two full bathrooms.

On the first floor, there are two further twin bedrooms which share a bathroom. In addition, there is a huge master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a spacious terrace overlooking the garden. A handy outdoor staircase leads down to the garden.

Outside there is as large mature garden, which is well maintained and planted with a wide array of plants and trees. There is a large swimming pool, surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers. For outdoor eating there is a large covered terrace and there is a barbecue too.

We recommend this villa for those looking for accommodation for an extended family or for groups of friends who want to enjoy the charm of a rural setting, but be close to the beach too.
