Cavall Bernat is one of the terraced townhouses that are located in the residential area of Siller in Puerto Pollensa, the property enjoys the use of the communal swimming pool and affords easy access to the amenities and beaches of Puerto Pollensa not far away.

Steps lead up to a covered entry. Front door opens into a small vestibule. Infront leads into an open-plan lounge/diner with comfortable furnishings. Large glass doors open out to a covered terrace with sky-light onto the lawns and gardens with their established trees.

To the left of the entry a sliding door opens into a stylish fully fitted kitchen which has a separate utility. Adjacent to entry is a shower room with step in shower recess.

Stairs lead directly up from the lounge/dining area to a landing. To the right is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and to the left a further twin bedroom again with fitted wardrobes, and a brand new complete bathroom with shower over the bath decorated in nice beige tiles. To the right of the landing is the master double bedroom decorated in tones of blue with matching side lights, fitted wardrobes and door leading out to an uncovered balcony. Note. All bedrooms this level share the complete bathroom.

Further stairs lead up from the landing to the private roof top terrace which ideal for sunbathing and has nice views of the Boquer mountains beyond.

The communal pool is to the side of the terraced town houses with patio terrace on all sides.

Cavall Bernat is a comfortably furnished to enjoy your stay, a property especially appreciated for those who wish to be able to walk to amenities and the beach and leave your car at home, and after the morning at the beach, you can relax enjoying the communal pool.
