Villa Aina
VILLA FEATURES. Villa by the Sea. Located on the Bay of Pollensa. Stunning views of the Bay. Nearby Puerto Pollensa. Walkable to the sea.
Villa Aina due to its location enjoys stunning views out onto the beautiful Bay of Pollensa. The villa is located on a residential area on the outskirts of Puerto Pollena, with countryside nearby, and the sea/bay of Pollensa is adjacent and infront of the villa. The sea is accessed over a road, which is the bay road, that runs between Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. The design of the villa enables all the living accommodation on the top level that enjoy wonderful views, and the large covered terrace below nearby the pool and gardens.
A picket gate opens onto 12 steps which lead you to the front door. The door opens into a light and airy lounge room which has french doors opening out onto a large uncovered balcony which enjoys commanding views of the Bay of Pollensa. There is a separate dining room to the left of the lounge. From the dining area a door leads into the fully fitted kitchen, which has a door leading out to the exterior accessed by steps leading down.
From the lounge a door leads into an inner hallway, to the left a door leads into the Kitchen. Off the kitchen is a utility room which includes washing machine, a shower and WC. On the right is a double bedroom with freestanding wardrobe and door leading out to the uncovered balcony with views to the sea and bay, also on the right is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and door out onto the uncovered terrace. This terrace is shared by the lounge and two bedrooms.
On the left is a complete bathroom in tones of beige tiles with shower over the bath and twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. There is a further Shower room at the end of the corridor.
On the ground level three steps lead down to the lovely pool area which is located at the front of the Villa. The pool is surrounded by lawns on two sides and an enormous covered terrace which also houses the purposely built-in BBQ on the other side. This is a wonderful spot for al fresco entertaining and enjoying meals prepared on the BBQ which is adjacent to the pool. There is also an exterior wash room with WC and washbasin, adjacent to the terrace and pool.
Villa Aina is comfortably furnished with traditional style ,offers the ideal summer villa, due to its location not only for its stunning views of the sea and bay, yet benefits from its closeness to the sea enjoying the fresh breezes “Las Brisas” only a short drive into the centre of Puerto Pollensa and its main beaches. Note. Although the Villa situated on the Bay on the outskirts of Puerto Pollensa and is walkable although a pleasant walk is quite some distance, therefore, we strongly recommend both day and evening you use your car.
