Villa Auba a charming house, situated in the rural countryside of Eu Bosc and approached by a gated private driveway which has recently been lovingly renovated , decorated to a high standard keeping many of its original stone features and Mallorcan artefacts throughout which enhance the villas natural charm and character.
Entry door located at the back of the villa is accessed through a lovely pergola entertaining area, front door with its covered terrace leads you into a spacious open-plan lounge/dining with its high beamed ceilings, incorporating a feature bar-style dining area with chairs, with its decorative stone motif, which also includes the open-plan American style fully fitted kitchen, located directly behind the bar dining. Lounge area has direct access to a covered terrace facing the pool and gardens.
Stairs lead up from the lounge area to the galleried mezzanine which incorporates a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, low slanting beams, ceiling to floor stylish curtains giving privacy to this mezzanine bedroom.
To the right of the lounge-dining leads to small inner hallway. On the right a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and stylish en suite complete bathroom with its step in Jacuzzi bath, bathroom is decorated in lovely beige tiles. On the left is a twin bedroom with its bed heads in stylish black wrought iron. Further down the hall is a nicely decorated shower room with its step in shower recess and modern design fixtures and fittings.
The pretty BBQ entertaining area with its covered pergola of vines, with a long Mediterranean style tiled table and bench seating is perfect setting for drinks on a warm evening before enjoying your al fresco BBQ meal, especially so as this area along with the covered terrace nearby has direct access to the lovely pool with its Jacuzzi, which has both lawns and terrace on all sides, set amongst a colourful sub-tropical garden, including its ample garden furniture and romantic lighting adds to the idyllic ambience of this BBQ, pool and garden area.
