Villa Borrassa
VILLA FEATURES. Location nestled in one of most exclusive countryside areas of Pollensa within the March Valley. Large Pool. Breathtaking views. Easy access less approx 5 mins drive to old town Pollensa with its wonderful choice of restaurants and amenities.
Perched high up in one of the most appreciated areas of the Pollensa region is Villa Borrassa with its breathtaking views across the Mountains of the March Valley.
Gates open up to the villas driveway that leads you up to the Villa. Tweleve stone steps take you to a delightful covered terrace over the front door. Front door opens into a spacious light and airy lounge/dining area. A door leads directly off into a super large modern fully fitted kitchen with its stylish black kitchen fitments and fittings and table and chairs. There is a door that leads out to the exterior from the kitchen. Leading off the kitchen is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine.
To the right of the entry through a feature stone arch leads to an inner hallway. On the right are 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. On the left a stylish modern shower room with step in shower recess and towel rail facility.
At the end of the hallway on the left is the master double bedroom with its freestanding wardrobe and en suite complete bathroom with shower over the bath. A door leads out of this bedroom onto an uncovered balcony.
The fabulous large pool which is located to the side of the villa and surrounded by large sun terraces on three sides is located at the front of the villa is accessed by 5 steps down off the main covered terrace. The villas covered BBQ area is adjacent to the pool, idyllic spot for outdoor living and al fresco eating, as both the BBQ and pool command stunning views of the mountains beyond. There is also an exterior shower room.
Villa Borassa is nicely furnished with a touch of both traditional and modern flare throughout ideal villa for those who love a large pool with wonderful mountain views, yet not far away from all amenities and beaches. Note. due to the villas elevated position villa may not prove suitable for those with walking difficulties,elderly,or very young children who may need supervision around the swimming pool and terrace, despite guard rails surrounding pool on three sides of the pool.
