Villa Camp is a delightful Villa recently refurbished. Its location views onto the Puig Maria Mountain and is nestled within the Colonya Valley. Villa is easily accessable to Pollensa approx 3-4 mins drive and walkable approx 20 mins (suggested day time only).
Gates open into a driveway that leads directly up to the villa with its super covered terrace. Glass front door opens into the open-plan spacious light and airy contemporary interior. Off the entry area on the left is a small inner lobby door leads to a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and next to this bedroom is a full bathroom with shower over the bath, decorated in trendy tones of dusky pink and grey. Note. This bathroom although separate can be used as en suite bathroom to service the twin bedroom.
The open- plan lounge/ dining area offers quality fittings and furnishings in bright and vibrant colours, including its black sofa and decorative cushions and feature spot lights throughout. From the dining area door leads into a stylish modern kitchen with its bright orange colour scheme, and includes breakfast table and chairs. Large glass sliding doors lead off the dining-lounge onto an open terrace which has direct access to the pool and gardens. Note. Pool can be viewed from both lounge and dining areas. There is a further glass door leading from the lounge TV area that opens onto a small patio area and onto the location of the free standing brick BBQ with small table and chairs located at the side of the house, which has lovely views to the Puig Maria and mountains, countryside beyond.
Leading off the lounge dining leads into a small inner lobby. Door opens into a superb modern spacious master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes one wall and its fabulous ultra modern unique style en suite shower room with step in shower recess (hydro massage facility),with its colour scheme ceramic tiles and fitments in shades of emerald green and black.
The lovely pool is located at the side of the villa nestled amongst nice gardens and surrounds, is surrounded by grass on three sides and open terrace the other. Pool is adjacent to the covered terrace with its exterior dining table and chairs, offering ideal spot to take some shade or alfresco eating. A separate exterior laundry with washing facilities.
Villa Camp is a truly delightful villa, surrounded by well cared for gardens, offers delightful views of the countryside beyond, and is easy access to Pollensa town with its abundance of side walk cafes and restaurants, with the stunning cove beaches of Cala St. Vincent only approx 10 mins drive, and for the avid golfer this villa is ideal as Pollensa Golf is only mins away.
