Villa Guixa is located along the road that leads from Pollensa to Alcudia, set back approx 400 meters in a countryside location. A simple yet stylish finca, with super pool and BBQ entertaining area.

Gates open into the villas natural gardens with its abundance of hibiscus bushes, palm trees and tropical plants. A pretty covered terrace greets you with the front door opening into a huge spacious open/plan American style kitchen, dining room and lounge room. The dining zone with its stylish Mexican dining table and chairs enhances the spacious lounge also decorated in Mexican decor theme, and its feature semi-circular sofa. Kitchen, dining and lounge can view the pool and gardens. Large glass sliding doors give a light and sunny aspect to the interior and open directly out from the lounge onto a super covered terrace with direct access to the pool, gardens and BBQ.

Leading directly from the fully fitted American style kitchen with its breakfast bar and dining area is a complete bathroom in stylish beige stone design tiles and feature spot lights. To the right of the bathroom is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Off the lounge room a door leads through on your left to the master double bedroom again with stylish in Mexican furniture and bedhead, walk in robe and private en suite shower room with step in shower recess. There is a feature towel rail in this bathroom.

Staircase leads up from the lounge to a landing. On the left is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and door leading out to an uncovered terrace, a separate shower room with a large step in shower recess, feature towel rail and ceiling with wooden beams, this bathroom also is stylishly tiled with feature black wrought iron fitments. Further along the landing is a further double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and doors leading out onto an uncovered balcony. The twin bedroom and double bedroom share the bathroom on this level. Note. The uncovered balconies on this top floor enjoy wonderful countryside views, with just a “glimpse” of the bay in the distance.

The delightful pool is situated to the side of the villa with lawn area on three sides with terraces the other and affords a semi/secluded position due to its hedges surrounding the perimeter of the gardens, there is also a huge covered terrace directly adjacent to the pool and gardens with its large wooden dining table and bench seating. Nearby is the purposely built-in covered BBQ entertaining area again with further dining facilities, and comprises a small sink. A super area to relax enjoy an afternoon cocktail as the sun goes down or enjoy al fresco dining.
