Villa Malagarba is only approx 2km from the outskirts of the historic town Pollensa yet countryside location. Villa is set back off the road Pollensa to Alcudia surrounded by extensive grounds, with easy access to the beautiful beaches of Cala St. Vincent and Puerto Pollensa nearby.

A sweeping driveway takes you down to the Villa. Two steps lead you to the front door which enters into an open plan entry and to the right brings you into the spacious lounge/dining room with its high ceiling with beams. French door leads off the lounge to the garden area.

Leading off the dining area door opens into the enormous family/country style fully fitted kitchen, with its American breakfast bar dividing the kitchen. Situated behind the breakfast bar is a large breakfast table and chairs. Directly off the Kitchen is a separate utility room. Two sets of French doors lead out from the kitchen directly onto a terrace. covered BBQ, with pool adjacent.

French doors from the lounge/dining open directly into the super large covered purposely built BBQ zone, comprising of stone BBQ, separate wash bowls and preparation area, absolutely a wonderful corner for entertaining or al fresco eating - day or night. Note.From lounge-Dining, BBQ and kitchen the pool can be viewed, ideal for keeping an eye on small children.

An archway on your left from the entry takes you through to the bedroom quarters which comprise one complete bathroom with shower over the bath nicely decorated in beige marble, twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a door leads from this bedroom directly out to the pool, a further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, double bedroom with freestanding wardrobes and private en suite shower room. French doors from this bedroom opens onto two steps that lead down to the pool and finally the Master double bedroom with door opening out to the garden area, there is an archway that leads through from this bedroom into a small separate area with fitted wardrobes, and to the right of the robe area, into the private shower en suite. Note. All bathrooms have heated towel rails.

The beautiful pool with small lawns on three sides is situated at the back of the villa capturing sun most of the day due to its location facing south, also commands stunning views of the countryside beyond, including the Puig Maria with a “glimpse” of the quaint old town Pollensa beyond. Having a covered terrace and BBQ adjacent to the pool is perfect for those who like to keep in the shade.
