Villa Malena

Villa Malena is a delightful stone-clad bungalow style villa set in the heart of the countryside, tranquil setting, set amongst lovely established gardens surrounding the villa. The Villa is also ideally located mid-way between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa with easy access to the nearby beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala St. Vincent.
A private drive brings you to the Villa. Two steps lead you up to the covered porch and entry doors that lead into a small hall. Off the entry hall on the left leads to the Villas two bedrooms. Firstly, the super large master bedroom with its 2 meter bed, one full wall of fitted wardrobes and private en suite complete bathroom with its stylish slightly sunken bath and separate His N Hers hand wash bowls. Doors open out of the bedroom directly onto the covered terrace. Further down the hall is the twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. There is a separate complete bathroom also having a sunken style bath, nicely decorated in blue tiles, nearby both bedrooms.
French doors lead off the entry hall into a light and spacious lounge/dining room with its elegant style décor and furnishings. Two sets of French doors open out onto a most wonderful large wrap around covered terrace with lawns and pretty garden adjacent, with stunning views of the mountains beyond.
Directly off the terrace is the lovely pool surrounded by lawns and pretty gardens on three sides, adjacent is the free standing stone BBQ with its own sink, the pool and BBQ areas ideal for al fresco entertaining. Off this area an exterior corridor leads to a separate exterior utility room. To the right of the entry hall leads you into an enormous country style fully fitted kitchen with its large breakfast table and six chairs. .
To the right of the kitchen is a further wet room shower bathroom with toilet and basin, a backdoor leads out from the Kitchen and bathroom area with direct access to the terrace, pool, BBQ, utility and gardens. This bathroom is ideal for using after a dip in the pool.
