Delightful country house set in a countryside location midway along the road between Pollensa and Alcudia/Bay of Alcudia. The Villa is set back off the road nestled on its own extensive grounds with commanding views.
Long driveway takes you up to the villa. Covered terrace takes you to the front door. Door opens into the open/plan lounge dining room with its comfortable sofas.
To the right off the dining area door leads through into the typical mallorcan style fully fitted kitchen with its walk in pantry. From the lounge-Dining two steps lead up to a small inner hall. To the right is a complete bathroom with shower over the bath. To the left is a twin bedroom.
Staircase leads up to a landing. On the left is a shower room with step in shower recess. On the right a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe.
A further step up leads to an inner hall, to the left a shower room. To the right a twin bedroom with fitted robes and 1 double bedroom with freestanding wardrobe. On the left is the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and private en suite complete bathroom.
At the end of the hall a door opens out onto a large uncovered terrace with views over the pool and countryside. Also at the end of the hall is a utility room with washing machine.
Exterior steps lead directly down from this balcony to the pool, gardens and tennis court.
The lovely large swimming pool located at the front of the Villa is surrounded by terrace on three sides and large sloping lawns the other with large palm tree giving shade, is an ideal spot as adjacent to the pool is a brick uncovered BBQ and covered terrace with table and chairs allowing you to enjoy alfresco eating around the pool.
The pool location is ideal as adjacent is Villa Marinetas own private tennis court, exclusive to yourselves staying at the Villa, allows you to take a dip in the pool after a game of tennis or relax with a cool drink under the shade of the terrace.
