Villa Mimosa is a charming typical mallorcan stone semi-detached town villa nestled down a cul de sac lane, next door to its larger sister Villa Lila, located on the outskirts of the historic town of Pollensa and approx few mins walk from the central plaza. The grounds of the Villa are separated by walls and fences so each house is completely private with their own swimming pools, yet ideal villa, especially for larger groups as can be reserved along with Villa Lila.
A picket gate opens into grounds of the villa. Covered porch greets you over the entry door. Door opens into the open-plan lounge/dining room with its high ceilings and comfortably furnished with its black leather sofas, complimenting the feature stone walls and mallorcan artefacts.
Stone arch leads through into an inner hallway. Infront is a complete bathroom with shower over the bath. To the left leads into a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, to the right is the master double bedroom with fitted robes. A step up leads into the bedrooms en suite complete bathroom with shower over the bath. There is a door leading out of the bedroom into the back patio and BBQ area and exterior utility room.
Leading off the loungs/dining area is a large fully fitted kitchen with door out to the exterior. Stairs lead up from the lounge/dining to an open mezzanine.
The pretty pool is located at the front of the villa and is bordered by terrace and small grass lawn area. Adjacent to the pool is the covered porch which offers an ideal area to relax in the shade and enjoy al fresco entertaining whilst overlooking the pool. The stone uncovered BBQ is set at the back of the Villa have direct access down the side of the house to the swimming pool and covered porch. The Villa grounds comprise of both bordering of paving, and small grass areas and large established palm tree giving welcoming shade from the heat of the day.
The villa is an ideal villa for couples, small families or larger groups due to its sister Villa next door. Villa Mimosa is comfortably furnished in typical local style with many stone feature walls retained adding to the charm and ambience of this pretty villa throughout. It is highly recommended to guests who wish to indulge and enjoy life as a real local in a typical town villa, leaving your car at home, within easy walking distance to all amenities. The beautiful 3 cove beaches and their turquoise waters approx less than 10 mins drive away from your front door to Cala St. Vincent and also the lovely resort of Puerto Pollensa with its stunning beaches not far away make Villa Mimosa an ideal villa for all.
