Villa Natura

This charming typical Mallorcan Villa is nestled in the countryside surrounded by natural gardens with established Palm Trees, an old forest of pines figs within the villas grounds, along with many native plants, yet the Villa affords easy access to the beautiful cove beaches and stunning turquoise sea of Cala St. Vincent.
A vine covered pergola greets you over the front door which opens directly into an open-plan lounge/dining room, comfortably furnished, in keeping with its traditional classic style.
To the left of the lounge is a fully fitted pine kitchen with its large breakfast table and 6 chairs and adjacent there is a laundry room. A door leads out of the kitchen to the exterior with direct access to pool and BBQ area.
An archway leads off the lounge to an inner hall. On your right is a master double bedroom with its freestanding wardrobe and décor which includes curtains by the local “Galerias Vicencs” who specialize in hand woven Mallorcan fabrics of many designs, ideally in keeping with the villas style. A door leads off the bedroom into a complete en suite bathroom with shower over the bath. To the left of the hall is a large complete bathroom with shower over the bath with spot light features within this bathroom. A door leads out of the inner hall directly onto a large covered Terrace with its wooden table and bench style seating, which faces the lovely pool and BBQ.
From the inner hall stairs lead up to a small landing. On your left is the twin bedroom with free standing wardrobe, to your right a further double bedroom with free standing wardrobe.
Located at the back of the Vila is the lovely pool and BBQ area, the pool is surrounded by patio on all sides ,the purposely built-in covered BBQ which includes a sink is directly adjacent, an ideal spot for al fresco dining, especially so, as these two areas not only have commanding and extensive views of the stunning countryside, fields next door and mountains beyond, the perfect place for a peaceful and semi-secluded spot, together with the small forest of pines adjacent, a most delightful area to relax and enjoy your pool in tranquil privacy.
