Villa Papalaya
Villa Features. Fenced and Gated Swimming pool. Delightful traditional style villa not far from beaches Puerto Pollensa and Cala St. Vincent.
Villa Papalaya is located and set back off the road that leads from Pollensa to Puerto Pollensa. Gate opens into the villas private drive which leads you directly up to the property. The villa is surrounded by established lawns gardens and trees together with abundance of orange trees.
Two steps up take you onto the super large covered naya terrace. The Front door opens into an airy comfortable lounge-dining room with traditional open beams and spot light features with a mix of modern and traditional style furnishings. A feature Stone archway leads off the lounge into an inner hallway. Directly in front is a complete bathroom, to the right is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and to the right is the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
A door leads off the dining area directly into the country style fully fitted kitchen which comprises breakfast table and chairs. A second door leads out of the kitchen directly onto the covered terrace with a large table and chairs ideal for alfresco entertaining delightful area as overlooks the gardens and pool.
The third bedroom is an exterior twin bedroom with robes accessed by door located under the large covered terrace. Door opens into bedroom zone which comprises door on left opening into a shower room and bedroom infront. This bedroom and shower room have direct access to the gardens and pool. This bedroom is an ideal bedroom for teenagers, friends or nanny.
The swimming pool which is located at the front of the Villa is completely fenced on all sides with a gate. There are lawns on three sides of the pool and small terrace patio the other. Nearby the pool at the side of the house is a free standing stone BBQ which has a straw covered pergola adjacent, giving shade whilst al fresco eating. There is a separate utility room adjacent to the Villa near the orange groves which houses a washing machine and free standing freezer.
