Villa Pasion
VILLA FEATURES: Nice countryside location. Exterior Heated Jacuzzi. Easy access to Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa, beaches and amenities.
Villa Pasion is mallorcan country style house and located in the delightful countryside area known as Font Xica nestled between Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa and only approx 1.4km from access road that leads to Cala St. Vincent with its beautiful 3 cove beaches, and stunning turquoise waters.
The villas gates lead into a short drive leading up to the Villa. A large wrap around covered terrace greets you. Front door enters into a vestibule. To the left of the vestibule is a small shower room. Hallway leads off the vestibule on your right is the spacious lounge/dining room traditionally furnished, which has french doors opening out onto the covered terrace with its stylish patio furniture, which faces the pool. On your left is the fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and chairs, a glass door leads out to the exterior.
Further down the hall leads to the bedroom area. On your right a double bedroom with freestanding wardrobe, and a twin bedroom with freestanding wardrobe. On the left of the corridor is a complete bathroom with its beige and dusky pink tiles. At the end of the corridor is a further twin bedroom with freestanding wardrobe. A small lobby leads off to the left with a further twin bedroom in stylish white beds and private en suite shower room decorated yellow with step in shower recess. The double bedroom and two twins share the complete bathroom.
The kidney shaped pool is located to the side of the Villa and is surrounded by natural gardens with palms one side and grass area on two sides with paving and terrace the other. Nearby the pool is the uncovered brick freestanding BBQ which is adjacent to the terrace allowing an ideal spot for al fresco entertaining. The pool and terrace have a private aspect and not overseen. Also adjacent to the pool is Villa Pasions super heated Jacuzzi.
The villa is furnished in keeping with its traditional style, with a touch of modern decoration giving a comfortable feel throughout. Its bedrooms are spacious and the lounge and dining location ideal especially the pool and garden area can be seen to keep an eye on children. The villa is ideal for avid walkers or cyclists the pretty lanes and countryside within the Font Xica area, also the Villa affords easy access to the all amenities and beaches less than approx 10 mins drive away.
