Villa Picassa
VILLA FEATURES. Mountain location. Stunning and amazing views. Privacy, semi/seclusion.
Villa Picassa is a traditional style villa located in the appreciated area of Son March Valley which enjoys amazing views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains which is a protected area of natural beauty. The Villas location enables a secluded and private ambience. The Villa is accessed by an uphill mountain road; gates open into the villas grounds the villa can be accessed by 16 stone steps or from the parking area without steps.
The front door opens into an entry hall. There is an exterior utility room nearby the entry door which houses the washing machine. To the right is the open-plan light and airy lounge/dining room/kitchen. The lounge is light and airy with comfortable sofas. The fully fitted open plan kitchen with its breakfast bar is adjacent to the lounge area. A door leads out of the kitchen onto the covered terrace and BBQ with direct access to the pool. br>
An Archway leads off the dining area into a "second snug/lounge" ideal for relaxing.
French doors open out of the lounge/dining onto a fabulous large covered terrace with its enormous wooden table and bench seating which can seat 20 persons! The views from this terrace are stunning.
To the left of the entry hall is a complete bathroom with shower over the bath, adjacent to this bathroom is the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
Spiral staircase leads directly up from the lounge/dining to a landing which accommodates a sofa. To the right is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and to the left further two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a complete bathroom with shower over the bath. The three twin bedrooms on this level share the complete bathroom.
The pool is located at the back and to the side of the Villa which has lawns and terrace on two sides and a steep sloping lawn on the other side. Directly adjacent to the pool is the super purposely covered built-in BBQ with tables and chairs, both the BBQ, covered terrace and pool and surrounds command stunning and wonderful views of the countryside and mountains beyond..
To the side of the house there is also an exterior WC-shower room.
Villa Picassa decore is comfortable with a fresh with light approach, warm coloured floor tiles throughout and is a welcoming addition to our portfolio it is a Villa for those who appreciate a "mountain location", with ultimate privacy that affords amazing and stunning views. Note. Due to the villas elovated position and sloping grounds some areas, the villa may not prove suitable for those with walking difficulties, young children, orelderly.
