Villa Siller is an impressive brand new Villa, we are delighted to have been given the opportunity to include this stunning residential villa in our portfolio. Its design is that of Mallorcan style with its honey stone exterior, yet its interior comprises an ambience of chic, modern and stylish furnishings of exquisite taste throughout which includes its interior walls painted in soft grey tones to give that cool summer look. Located in the residential area of Siller in Puerto Pollensa the villa affords easy access and walkable to all amenities, shops, restaurants and each.

Entry gates open into a drive which takes you up to the villa grounds. Six steps lead you up to the front door which opens into a stylish entry hall. To the left of the hall leads into a super fully fitted kitchen in white and stainless steel with a feature wall oven. Door leads off the Kitchen into a separate utility room which has 6 steps leading down to the exterior and BBQ area with access to the pool. A further door leads off the Kitchen into the spacious open plan dining room and lounge.

To the right of the entry hall leads to the master suite double bedroom. Door opens into a separate area with fitted wardrobes to the right is the double bedroom in its natural colour tones, on the left of the robe area is the fabulous en suite shower room with its large walk in shower recess.

Directly infront of the hall area french glass doors open into the spacious light and airy lounge and dining room with its honey coloured ceiling beams. The dining room has a beautiful black glass top dining table with cream leather chairs with feature black drop lighting over the table and complementary art on the walls. The lounge is decorated in soft natural tones of beige, cream and white and has ample chairs and comfortable stylish sofas. Large sliding doors lead out from both the dining and lounge area onto a large covered terrace that overlooks the beautiful pool with beautiful views of the Boquer mountains beyond.

The Sweeping marble staircase leads directly up from the entry hall to a large landing which comprises a two seater sofa ideal area for some quiet relaxing or reading. To the right of the landing is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and complete en suite bathroom with shower head over the bath. On the left a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en suite complete bathroom with shower head over the bath.

A large feature stone arch leads off the landing into an inner hallway. To the right of the inner hall is a further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en suite complete bathroom with shower head over the bath. To the left of the inner hall leads to a further double bedroom with its stylish grey iron headboard and base and complete en suite bathroom with shower head over the bath. Note. Glass doors lead off the landing and from both the twin Bedroom and double bedroom onto the shared huge uncovered balcony with its beautiful balcony furniture and stunning views of the Boquer mountains, pool below and surrounds and all bedrooms are stylishly decorated.

The wonderful large pool with its Jacuzzi is located at the back of the house is accessed from the large covered terrace with its stylish comfortable patio furniture. The pool is surrounded by both deck and patio with lawns on three sides, set in gardens with abundance of young trees and pampas grass. Both the pool and terrace capture and enjoy lovely views of the mountains beyond. The freestanding brick BBQ is located at the side of the Villa the pool and terrace is accessed via a ramp. The pool area is ideal for enjoying outdoor living and al fresco entertaining.
