Villa Sol
VILLA FEATURES. Walkable to Pollensa Golf. Unique designed Pool. Nice Views.
Villa Sol is situated set back off the road that leads into old Town Pollensa and is walkable to the Pollensa Golf Club, the villa affords easy access into old town Pollensa only a few mins drive away, also not far from the beautiful cove beaches of Cala St. Vincent and Puerto Pollensa.
Gates lead you uphill to the grounds of the Villa surrounding by established shrubs and Palm Trees. Six steps take you to the large covered terrace and front door. Door opens into a delightful lounge as well as comfortable sofas has stone seating with Mallorcan cushions. To the left of the lounge a step up leads into a fully fitted countryside kitchen. A door from the kitchen opens into a separate dining room. There is a door that leads out of the dining room directly onto the large covered terrace with its beautiful wooden table and bench seating that sits up to 20 people! Off this terrace is an exterior utility room.
To the right of the dining room is an inner lobby, on your right a step up leads into a complete bathroom and to the left a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes nicely decorated in tones of pink.To the right of the lounge room a step down leads into a double bedroom which has a feature stone bedhead wall and fitted wardrobes. Door opens into the bedrooms private en suite complete bathroom with shower over the bath.
Stairs lead up from the lounge to a landing. On the left is a double bed with fitted robes with door leading out to an uncovered balcony with views, on the right a complete bathroom in tones of beige and brown with shower over the bath and a twin bedroom with feature iron bedheads, fitted wardrobes and door leading out to an uncovered balcony with views.
An open terrace with stylish patio furniture leads to the uniquely designed pool which is at the front of the Villa, the pool has two sets of roman steps, and a centre island. The pool is surrounded by terracing on all sides with established palm trees giving shade from he heat of the day. Directly adjacent to the pool 3 steps lead down to a large annex which is of open plan design and comprises a second lounge with nice sofas, and TV, dining table, and fully fitted kitchen including a full fridge. A further set of 3 steps lead off the annex area to the super purposely built-in covered BBQ close to the pool with its table and chairs.
Villa Sol is tastefully furnished in both modern and Mallorcan style, has panoramic views over to the Golf and sea beyond, particular attention has been paid to outdoor areas with abundance of patio furniture on both covered and uncovered terraces making it perfect for al fresco living, and for those avid golfers the golf course is just a short walk away.
