Villa Sort is located in the appreciated residential area of La Font on the outskirts of old town Pollensa. A spaciously designed two storey villa with special attention to outdoor living facilities. The Villa is accessed via a gated driveway and is set amongst mature private gardens with extensive lawns. Large wrap around covered terrace greets you with its stylish terrace furniture, which faces extensive lawns.

The front door opens into a small entry with french doors opening into a huge open/ plan dining-lounge-TV zone. Firstly into the dining area with its lovely dining table and stylish chairs and decorative artifacts. Directly off the dining area on the left, a door leads through into the super brand new spacious modern kitchen with its breakfast table and eight chairs. Note. A second door leads out of the kitchen into the lounge.

Archway leads off the dining into the open-plan lounge TV area with its comfortable stylish light tan leather sofas on one side and on the other further seating for the TV zone.

Directly off the lounge french doors lead into a snug reading room nicely decorated with stylish modern leather sofa and chairs with views out to the gardens, nice area for quiet reading. To the right of the lounge is a shower room with its walk in shower recess, decorative tiles in cream and beige, a modern glass wash bowl and towel rail. Note. This shower room offers facilities for disabled users.

Large glass sliding doors lead out from the lounge to the exterior and outdoor entertaining room with direct access to pool and gardens. Note. The pool can be viewed from this area. On this ground floor there is a double bedroom in summary tones of yellow and tangerine and fitted wardrobes.

Wooden stairs lead up directly from the lounge area to a landing. On your left an archway leads you to inner hall. On the right is the super complete bathroom with its circular bath. On the left door opens into a twin bedroom with its light and bright colour scheme and fitted wardrobes. This room has a step down into a delightful dressing room with table and chairs.

At the end of the landing door leads into a delightful double bedroom in delicate shades of summer blues, including its beautiful ornate antique Spanish double bed and fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room in beige and white tiles, and walk in shower recess.

The fabulous covered outdoor entertaining area adjacent to the Villa is accessed via sliding glass doors is an ideal location for al fresco entertaining on balmy evenings. This room has a fully fitted kitchen area, including oven, hob grill, sink and second fridge, including a table seating 20. A door leads out of the room into a utility room which houses a washing machine, toilet shower room with separate step-in shower recess and door leading directly out to the gardens, pool, and BBQ.

The beautiful designed pool with its Jacuzzi is located at the back of the Villa and adjacent to the free standing BBQ nearby, is surrounded by lawns on two sides and terrace on the other. A fish pond full of Koi Carp is situated nearby in the gardens to the side of the Villa, there are further stylish terrace seating on the open patio completing this beautiful relaxing area. CASITA

Villa Sort affords a super private casita which is only approx 40 steps away from the main Villa-Pool, accessed by walking along a pathway  under a pretty vine covered creeper which takes you directly to the Casita.

On entry a partially covered terrace greets you. Large glass sliding doors open into a delightful open-plan light and airy breakfast and eating room with its stylish table and modern design mint green chairs, feature beams and spot lights with windows one wall. Within this room is housed microwave, kettle, TV and small bar fridge.

Leading off to the right leads into a small snug sitting area with  stylish white sofa chairs and  coffee table.

To the right of the snug area a door leads into a very nice twin bedroom with its chic colour scheme of green bed covers, white painted beams, feature spotlights and stylish freestanding wardrobe, en suite shower room nicely decorated in cool tones of beige and white with its step in shower recess.

A further door leads into the second twin bedroom again stylishly decorated with bedspreads in colour scheme of beige and white, wooden beamed ceilings, feature spot lights, stylish freestanding wardrobe, en suite shower room in beige and white tiles with step in shower recess.

This delightful casita is a super self contained zone, not only stylishly reformed with its wooden flooring throughout, light and airy ,offering adequate facilities ideal for larger parties regards sleeping arrangements, also for Grandmother, nanny or teenagers with the added facilities of the main villa and beautiful pool nearby, just a few steps away.
