Villa Auba is surrounded by the beautiful,rural countryside of Eu Bosc is approached by a gated private driveway, Villa Auba has a good location and is only approx 5km from the old town of Pollensa.

A tradional style villa, that has been lovingly renovated and decorated in keeping the villas Mallorcan style. The Villa has many features including wooden ceilings (some slanting).  The living room is open plan with american style kitchen with breakfast bar eating area.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor – the Mallorcan style master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom and another pretty double room. In addition, there is a second shower room.

On a galleried mezzanine above the living room there is a third bedroom with twin beds and wardrobe and slanting beams.

The covered terrace outside the living room overlooks the swimming pool .  A colourful, sub-tropical garden with wrought iron furniture provides an idyllic spot, while a large BBQ area its pergola covered and surrounded by vines, with a long Mediterranean style tiled table and bench,  is perfect for family meals al fresco.
