Ideal Villa for couples or small families.  Set in countryside location, with a short drive to old town Pollensa.  The private gates of the villa open into a drive taking you up to the Villa.  Three steps take you up to the front door, which opens into an airy lounge dining area.

Off the dining area leads to a country style fully fitted kitchen with glass door leading outside via 4 steps leading down with direct access to the BBQ and utility.

From the lounge through an archway leads to a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. There is a separate complete bathroom.

From the lounge dining stairs lead up to a mezzanine.

The lovely pool with lawns and terrace is at the back of the Villa with nice views beyond. The super covered terrace with tables and chairs is adjacent to the pool again.  The BBQ is accessed down the side of the Villa not far from pool.  There is also an exterior utility room.

Villa Luz has traditional charm with comfortable and simple furnishings in keeping with local Mallorcan style.
